Good service. Bought some tea sets here, and the staff inspected each glass for damage or defects before selling it to me.

Bought a big pot last week. Used it the second time and it broke. Asked for an exchange or half refund and they refused. The lady that works there said it’s easier to break if I have a eclectic stovetop and I asked her why didn’t she say so when I first bought it and she didn’t answer. And she said I could buy a new one for half price but why would I wanna buy anything from you again when the quality of your products are cheap?
