I got 2 pairs of sunglasses from them.They are AMAZING.Great customer service, super patient and friendly.I hope they can carry more sunglasses brand though lol

I really love this place. Found them on Groupon many years ago but I keep coming back. Jan and the rest of the crew are knowledgeable and just awesome to deal with. The Groupon is just the bonus. You can’t put a price on quality of service.

First came to Skeye when my wife and I bought their BOGO Groupon. This was over 8 years ago, and we still come back for all our glasses and contacts needs. Always found the whole team friendly and professional, never felt pressure to buy anything. I don't even live in Richmond and we still make the drive out here to purchase from them. Have I found some places that are a little cheaper before? Sure, it's a retail industry there's always going to be some competitors that offer a potential better deal at the time. But we still come back because of the staff and how well we've been treated all these years. I still recommend people to Skeye if they don't already have their go to place yet.

Got a vouchers, brought a pair of Ferragamo glasses absolutely love it. The price was awesome what I paid compare to other place. There is a wide variety of styles, designers. The staffs are very professional. I will definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Edit: Mar 23 2023Came back to purchase another pair of glasses after 2 years and the price and service was phenomenon.I must say the staff here are very professional. My eyes are usually very sensitive to new glasses (prescription) and needs to redo every time. This Optical place did it on first try and the eyeglasses is very comfortable. The quality is really bad and the service is unprofessional. When I got my new glasses there the frame is not even on a line. I felt dizzy and sick the first time wearing the glasses. The sales in the store said other people felt good and only me not adapted to the glasses. This words are really unprofessional. After I pointed out that the frame was not adjusted properly they didn't apologize. After they adjusted the frame I still felt stressful wearing the glasses. Then the sales said that they had no responsibility for it. I don't know how the store hired the sales who has no professional knowledge about the glasses and also treat badly on the customers. Do not go to this store!!!
