The Clinic on Dupont

Had several appointments with Dr. Christine Curran and had a very negative experience. She was very unprofessional, constantly late for appointments, miscommunicated several times, and even charged me for an appointment she never showed up to. Also extremely expensive for a simple Zoom / phone call. Take your money elsewhere!

Terrible clinic as others have mentioned. Staff are new and inexperienced in their field. Don’t waste your time.

I have had a phenomenal experience at this clinic. I'm really impressed with the professionalism I have received. It's private, comfortable and on the subway-line. I would highly recommend the psychologists here who have a full range of specialties. They responded immediately and provided great care.

Don’t waste your time!! I’m not sure if they’re under new management, or what is even going on here I have never been so shocked by a response in my life. This is by far the most unprofessional response I have ever seen, and the website is incredibly misleading. Why would you advertise a service you don’t actually offer? I will be looking into reporting this. The reviews all seem wonderful, but unfortunately this interaction has ensured that I will never do business here (although it’s still unclear as to whether or not they actually help adults?)

Had a great experience with lesley, I was abel to get booked in very fast and the staff was so understanding. She was able to help me deal with all my problems and I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing iwth mental health issues.

For a mental health clinic they have literally no process for getting an appointment other than leaving a voicemail which they clearly don't check since I've left 3 on multiple machines over the past 3 weeks which have all gone unanswered.Nowhere online can you book an appointment and this is just plain silly considering what is happening in the world.I would not recommend this experience to anyone and you're better off going elsewhere.

My experience at this clinic has been nothing but fabulous. They are organized, compassionate, and very professional. I worked with Dr. Ann Kerr for several months who provided such a positive impact on my mental and physical health. I would highly recommend her and this clinic to anyone who needs some extra support.

This was the first time I reached out to see a psychologist, and I am so very happy I did! From my initial appointment, through to my final session, I found the entire experience extremely helpful. My psychologist responded within the first few hours of my email, and set up time with me for the next week. I feel lucky to have found her.

Very frustrating, very disappointed. Not easy to find my therapist or find anyone to help. I was really upset by how difficult it was to find the place and therapist I was looking for. I had more anxiety after not being able to find the help. I understand everything is confidential but for my first time here, no receptionist, no confirmation email and no contact. I was really disappointed that I was there on time but could not find the therapist or anyone to help me. One woman told me there was a side house and I went out looking for it but still could not find it. Leaving me feeling more anxiety then I did coming in. I would have liked to have a confirmation email or call as I could not find the therapist. Very disappointed in a service I didn't even receive yet due to lack of help, confirmation or calls.
