Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Chilliwack by Jack Nathan Health

My doctor had no openings for a couple weeks. It was imperative I get a prescription for and infection. I arrived at the clinic at 8:30am for the 9am opening. Only a few people in line ahead of me and I was able to get in to see a doctor. I believe they only take 10 walk-in appointments to accommodate those with appointments.The two receptionists on duty were very pleasant and helpful. I saw Dr. Insanally who was kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to this clinic if the need ever arises again. Thank you for your care.

I don't usually write reviews but I experienced brilliant service here, especially for a walk in clinic. Wait was inevitably long, but they told me to come back in two hours and when I came back I saw the doctor almost immediately! No sitting for hours in a busy waiting room filled to the brim with sick people like I've experienced elsewhere. Doctor was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Came to the clinic 15 mins after they opened waited in line for about 10 mins there was about 11 people ahead of me and 2 people Infront of me in the line the receptionist told me it would be about a 45 min wait they asked if I wanted a buzzer so they could buzz me when it was my time and that way I could walk around the store and not have to be inside the clinic because it was so busy so I took the buzzer left the clinic and waited when it hit 45 mins I still had no call. As it hit 1 hr I went back to the clinic only to see there was one person in the waiting area the people that were Infront of me and behind me in the line from the morning were gone. I asked the receptionist how long it will be since I had to leave to another appointment she said it would be another 30 mins. I told her I had to leave and if she could pre book me for the next day she said she can't prebook me and told me to come the next day and line up for 830AM since they open at 9AM and that way I wouldn't have to wait. Seems to me that they forgot about me and took all the walk ins for the day before they closed leaving me for the last patient of the day. The 4 receptionists that were working were rude as hell the way they look at you and judge you not to mention they can't even do their job right while they sit amongst themselves chatting.

Misleading website hours of operation. Website showed Saturday morning that the clinic would be opening soon, once I arrived the clinic clearly stated that it was closed Saturday and Sunday. The time could have been spent waiting at another clinic that was open.

Moved here in 2019, walked into clinic for RX refills and were accepted as patients of Dr Scholtz. He is amazing, caring and very very knowledgeable. My husband has medical issues and from day 1 we have felt in good hands at the clinic. Dr Scholtz always calls when he says he will and follows up on our care. So grateful to them all.

I landed at the doorstep of this clinic after visiting 2 other clinics near my home in Vedder area who were ridiculously rude to me. My throat was so sore and I was just defeated already expecting to be turned away yet again. The receptionist was so kind to me and fit me in between appointments with the doctor on site right away. Thank you to the rockstar receptionist there for taking a moment to be the solution and see me as human. You made my day!

There has never ever been a more compassionate Dr. Mervin Scholtz. Has the compassion for his patients. Facing pancreas /liver cancer for 32 months he was always on top of everything. Would call just to check in. Finally the battle ended Nov4th. 2022 thank you for caring for John so much. Darlene

Reception was unbelievably rude…last time I was in I was told to call and make an appointment so I did so and was told I couldn’t that I had to stand in a line first thing in the morning AGAIN for my medications. The females attitude was so nasty I just hung up on her as I do not need to be treated like that. This is not the first time, they always have ugly attitudes there. I don’t recommend it there, save yourself the grief and go somewhere they respect the people…would give a negative star if I could
