Great smile, great communication right to the point of telling what was needed , treated us right fair pricing, even gave us some pointers to save some cash down the road, highly recommend ☺️

I've been dealing with Kells Service for probably close to 18 years and have yet to have a complaint with their service. I find them friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I readily recommend them to family and friends.

We're from 3 hours away. In town vacationing and our muffler was dragging on the ground. Got us in and fixed up right away. Super grateful we didnt have to drive on the 401 dragging our exhaust.

Horrible experience with Tom.The first time I had come in and was quoted a price for some wheel bearings. Once the work was completed Tom tried to quote me a higher price then originally stated. Thankfully my father called in and dealt with it and I was honoured the original price, as a single mother I was not sure how to deal with that and Tom would’ve totally taken advantage of it. Just took my car In now, thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt since the first time he did end up honouring the price. Tom not Only charged a fee For having my car checked, but he brought up the previous experience, and how he lost money because he quoted wrong. When I called in I was never told there was a fee of $72 to have my car checked, Just wanted to give a heads up If you take your vehicle to Kell service for them to diagnose a problem expect to pay a fee. Never again will I return, horrible way to start the day. Thanks Tom

The absolute worst place to bring your vehicle stick to towing f&$k sticks if I could rate you it would be a minus 1000000000000 I can’t explain how non educated these people are. they did a 15 dollar repair and charged me 200$ and I had to tell them how to do it. I had to write this off my girlfriends phone cause they blocked me. Thanks for nothing. Bring your service somewhere else.

The staff are always fair, honest, professional and polite. They always manage to see my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time, they don't recommend services which are unnecessary, they do recommend the correct service for my vehicle, and they always treat me and my wife fairly. I trust Kells.

Exceptional service. Reliable, very honest and helpful. Was in town for the weekend, had my exhaust system fall apart on the way up, they booked an emergency appointment for me, and were really kind. Thank you!

I have had more than one urgent repair required on my car. Ian and his crew were always able to accommodate. Their estimates were often higher than the actual bill, which was a very nice surprise. I recommend this place to anyone.
