Maria is one of the best dental hygienist. She explains dental care extremely well. She make you feel comfortable during the cleaning, she is very gentle. I have never experienced a dental hygienist like her before. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE RECEPTIONIST- Worst receptionist (don't remember her name, not the indian one)to deal with ever. Very unprofessional and rude, doesn't tell you the right information. Highly recommend not to talk to her or get any information from her.

Me and my family and my In laws additionally my freinds as well been Dr Sharma patient since 2007, we moved around since, tried locations near we moved. But a total dissatisfaction. so we drive 45 minutes even wait at his clinic! Why? Cz no other dentist and staff treats you such a caring way :I wish Dental College Body would also teach how to retain and respect patient s. You are the best Dr. Sharma and your staff too

Today June 25th 2022 my wife had a appointment with kids and she is lateBcoz of traffics we live Oshawa receptionist called me talk to me very rude we never go there we r very old patient we were going last 15 years never had a problem the lady who is working today she doesn’t know how to talk .Dr sharma is great guy but unfortunately he has not professional employee she ruined his business…We r Decided not to go there anymore Even she apologize to me ….I feel bad to dr Sharma business
