All the trades people who came into our home took pride in their work, and were meticulous taking the time to be sure it was perfect! Tons of options available. Ashley, Richard and Dan were friendly, responsive and so very helpful, guiding the whole process so it ran smoothly. They returned promptly to fix a minor issue without hesitation and were always available for questions. We love our new fireplace!

From the moment I walked into the showroom I had a really good feeling about this place. That feeling was confirmed when I met Connor who really did a great job of guiding me through the process of buying and installing a new gas fireplace in my home. He was also timely in his preparation of the estimates of the various models we discussed as possibilities. He set timelines and they were met. The finished product exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend or use Erindale Fireplaces and Mantles again in the future. I also want to thank Ashley for her great sense of humour and Peter, Daryl, Adam, Matt and Owen for doing such a fantastic job on the project. We contacted Erindale Fireplace to obtain a new mantel. The one that had been in place was overly large and elaborate and made our living room seem small. Unfortunately, the ceramic behind the original mantel had been poorly installed and did not fit the wall properly.Matt came out to quote on it. He clearly understood the challenge we were facing and what we hoped to accomplish. After some discussion, we agreed on a simple shelf that would disguise the worst of the misaligned ceramic without overpowering the room.When Matt came back to install the shelf we were surprised and delighted. After considering our dilemma, he had designed and constructed the shelf with an extended facing that concealed all the flaws in the ceramic, but was still simple and bright in our small living room. We love it! Matt’s craftsmanship, thoughtfulness and creativity was amazing and we are very pleased.It was a pleasure working with with everyone at Erindale Fireplace– Connor, Ashley, and of course Matt.
