Sofa So Good

I purchased the Boss Sofa in Sapphire Lux color in Dec 2022 and I'm pleased to share my positive review after a few months of use. The feather-filled seats are incredibly soft and comfortable for relaxation, while also maintaining their shape well. One great feature of the sofa is its versatility, thanks to the bumper configuration, which allows easy replace the large seat to the other side. The base is sturdy and convenient to use, although it did pose some challenges for the delivery personnel. All seats come with removable cushions that hypothetically can be washed, although I haven't tried it yet. BTW, I would appreciate any care recommendations from the manufacturer :)

We love our new sofa and ottoman! An amazing price and reasonable wait time for a custom upholstered sofa. We are so glad we made the investment. Staff at this store was so helpful and friendly. Delivery was painless and the movers took our old couch away for a fee. I would definitely recommend this local business.

We just purchased a couch from Sofa So Good in Vancouver and I have to say the service was wonderful. We went there twice the first time for almost two hours then today for another hour. Our sales lady Missy Kennedy was much more than helpful, she has an interior design background and provided excellent advice regarding fabrics, furniture styles and not just what works but what doesn't and things to avoid. Five star service from the start and we couldn't be happier. We were concerned about the waterfront strike so buying made in Canada solved that issue. We have been to Van Gough, Stylus, and about a dozen major stores all across the lower mainland but this was the best service and product by far. I highly recommend this furniture store they truly know their business and this sales lady is well worth asking for and waiting for if need be. It is a HUGE advantage to visit a showroom store and carefully look at (and sit on) the different furniture options. I did not want to order from an online catalogue, even though that is the way most furniture is sold these days. Going to Sofa So Good, I discovered that the sofa I wanted in real life was quite different from the one I might have picked out online. Their upholstery fabric is also available in large swatches to see and feel. And they showed me samples of the different wooden legs to choose from. The staff woman was informative and patient with me as I slowly decided on my perfect custom sofa.The sofa was made right here in Vancouver, and delivered by a local small-business movers. I LOVE my sofa. The blue velvet fabric I selected truly is pet hair friendly. It looks stunning. Very comfortable. I would urge anyone looking for a sofa, sectional or chair to shop here.

Bought a comfortable sofa here lately. The sofa expert, Patricia, was very informative and helped us a lot on choosing the right sofa. Greatly appreciated. They sure have very good customer service. Also, they have a lot of fabric to choose from. The fabric of our sofa body and cushions are customized to suit our taste. We have been enjoying our sofa so much.

So happy with the extraordinary and professional service. We are building a house and the 3 couches, chair snd ottoman were done before we were and they were able to accommodate our delay with storage. I highly recommend, you get high quality for a great price! The staff make it a seamless transaction from choosing style, cushions, fabric to delivery.

Our family has had a great experience at Sofa So Good over the years. In 2018, we purchased a large sectional which we are still enjoying. This spring one of the family members purchased a love seat, and we’ve ordered a sofa bed for another family member. Fabrics are of great quality, furniture is comfortable and durable, and customer service is great. There are many styles (and colours) to choose from whether you’re furnishing small or large space. Well worth the wait with the current supply chain situation.

My experience with Sofa so Good was exceptional. From our showroom visit with Patricia (amazing) to the delivery and product. The Sofa was delivered earlier than expected, friendly staff and punctual. We are so happy with the quality of the couch and how it has completed our living room space.
