DON’T GO TO THIS CLINIC!They don’t treat you well. The receptionists just don’t care about you. I was really needing to pee to make my urine test, and I asked for one of the receptionists if I could do it, she made a “shitty” face like it was terribly wrong to ask for it, and I felt this is a very dehumanizing treatment with patients. This happened at 8am, they just started the day, so why treat people like that?At the end, she gave me the collector cup and said to put my name on it, as I did, and after put into a mini refrigerator.After 11 days of waiting for my results, they said they did not receive no urine samples. This is an absurd. How they LOST my sample with my name on it?To be fair, only the guy that collected my blood was extremely kind and gentle during all the procedures.Apart from my case, I saw a guy that came to the clinic and he did not bring any documents, and they admitted him anyway.The impression that I have is that this clinic is not organized and terrible customer service experience.And because of the overall bad customer experience I’ll never return to this clinic again!!!

Just got off my walk-in with mixed feelings. A person who took my blood samples was professional, kind, and skillful. She deserves 5 stars. A person behind the desk, her name tag says Krystyna, was rude and sarcastic. Krystyna, if you do not want people asking you where to leave urine samples, put a visible sign/instructions INSIDE the washroom, not hidden behind the wall! Walk through the whole process and make changes... When you are told that something is broken in the washroom and needs fixing, just say thank you" and make a note

I had an appointment and was taken on timeI was having blood work doneMy veins are a bit hard to find, but two techs tried. Finally, a 3rd tech was successfulSo I was jabbed 4 times!I usually go to 3101 Bloor and they are always successful

Very prompt and courteous service though I went without prior appointment, as walk in. The staff was working so efficiently that in less than 30 mins I was called in even though there were so many other patients they attended. I also checked with the nurse and it seems they already took care of more than 125 patients before me in last 3 hours!!! I would highly recommend this centre as very happy with the service.

The process was alright, but everything after that was terrible. They told me they will send the results to my physician within 2-3 business days… it’s been almost two weeks. Nothing. Getting ANY sort of response from them is a nightmare. Over AN HOUR on the phone to talk to them, and they just hang up! Trying to get my results online requires an appointment number that requires… another call? Which is, you guessed it, ANOTHER HOUR on hold. Absolutely terrible experience. How difficult can it be to just send the results on time?? It’s healthcare, people depend on it.

Friendliest staff I've encountered at any Lifelabs. Even though my walk-in was at a busy time, the wait was much shorter than expected. Quick service.

Horrible experience! For an ECG you aree topless, no gown, towel, napkin or anything. I was very uncomfortable, and I had to ask for a napkin that was basicale thrown on me. Even though I was uncomfortable and told the nurse that I had never had an ECG, she proceeded to do stick the sensors all over, including lifting my breasts. If she had taken 5 seconds to explain what she was doing, it would have gone a long way. After the test, the nurse grabbed all the wires and janked them off all at once, sending the napking flying leaving me exposed. Then the nurse proceeded to open the door and leave without giving me a chance to cover myself. Horrible place! Go to another location if you can.

I booked an appointment 5 days ago for Nov 18 and there was only 11:50 am available.I arrived there at 10:40am. I waited, waited, and waited.Others came after their appointment admitted immediately. Others came for their 11, 11:20, 11:30 appointments got called immediately. some didn't have an appointment came after me and admitted way earlier than me.I approached them and asked them what's going on. they told me I have to wait for my appointment time. Around 11:30, I asked to give me back my paper and I wanted to leave. they didn't respond. I saw them continued to call people came after me, at 11:40, I asked for my paper, nobody respond. Right at 11:49, the lady called me and ask: do you want you paper and leave now?"How indifferent and careless are they!"

The cubicle that I was placed in for blood work was filled with enough dirt (see picture), where I was very concerned about their health and cleanliness standards. Other than that, they are very busy and all hard working. I have never had a problem getting my tests done, but I always book an appointment.

Their online booking system is easy to use. In & out for my appointment in less than 15mins for my booked appt. The person who greeted the registration was direct and informative. The phlebotomist was pleasant, professional and kind. Parking can be difficult at times, but I always visit in the morning.
