I often use this service to ship items to the states. The workers at this location are very helpful and quick. I have also gotten some good quality prints here.

I'v been using this UPS store 35 since 1990 and they always amaze me with all my projects to this day April 10 2023.I wrote children's books for elementary schools.I managed 4 music bands using this store.and again now in 2023, I'm starting seminar and in class presentations.Thank you for their help in all my projects.

Staff and Owner is very friendly, helpful and quick. They helped us with our passports photos and they worked great!

Near my house, friendly staff, sometimes busy but they helped everyone with smile. I had a bad day when i went there for some photocopies, i was frustrated then i saw big line, but they serve everyone fast when it was my turn, my bad day went to good day, after incredible service, they not only photocopied but also send me pictures on my mail for future use. So thank you and keep it up.

We did not get great service from UPS.My friend was expecting the package from her office and that was very urgent because it was work laptop, and she needed it on urgent basis.First thing is whenever UPS is delivering the package they don’t knock the door or call. They just paste a sticker on the door and take the package back.Secondly when we got to know that they took the package back. We called UPS customer service. The first point of contact was not very helpful, I know that happened sometimes because things are not in their hands. Then I asked him to transfer it to the supervisor. I appreciate the supervisor’s help she ensured me that she will help me with my problem and she did her job very well. When I got the response from customer service then I called on this UPS Store (Access Point) to verify whether they received the package or no. Then again the supervisor called me and said you can check with the store if they received. Then I called second time to confirm about the package so that I will only go there if they have the package which is the correct way I believe.When we went to store, there were 2 employees and one of them, she did not behave good with us. While giving us our package she was like “Why you guys were calling again and again, we were very busy”.I was very shocked to listen this kind of customer service, and explained to her that it was urgent that's why I called to ensure that the package is there. I said sorry for calling 2 times and Thank you for the package.But I still don't know what was the reason of being rude. If we are using service from a company we can expect them to pick up our call I guess.Overall not happy with the service!!
