I never boarded my dogs before so I was very worried. One is a 13 year old with heart problems and on medications the other a one year old. I didn't need to worry they were all so nice and answered all my questions and took great care of my puppers. I would not hesitate to take them back. Thank you all for taking such good care of my babies.

In the past, our dog has enjoyed this boarder. She takes a daily anxiety medication, one that causes severe mental distress when quit cold turkey. They, apparently, decided that our dog should not take her medicine and did not give any to her. We picked her up 9 days later in a pitiful state. She was skin and bones, looking as if she hadn’t eaten since we dropped her off. I’m fearful that, had we been gone another couple days, she would have died. 2 months later, she is just beginning to regain weight. We will not be returning here because they show a clear lack of concern for the true well-being of your pets. Do you pet a favor and look elsewhere. You may save their life.

Been talking my dogs out by Rob 4 many years. Never have 2 worry about them when they're in his care. Staff is great, place is always clean and well maintained.They also do training, which I've done.Only reason I didn't give them a 5 is I don't want Rob 2 get a big head.

We’ve been taking our dog Steve there for a few years and always get treated well . I appreciate the owners passion for dogs . We will continue to send our dog there for the rest of his life . Thank you for always doing a great job .

We've been bringing our furbabies to Chelstar's for the last 13 years. All of our dogs have loved it there & go wild in the car as we approach the driveway. The staff are wonderful & go out of their way to make sure every animal is cared for - even when our last shih tzu had glaucoma and required eye drops several times a day.

Check-in for our cats was smooth. They looked happy. We haven’t picked them up yet, but we have high hopes.***Update: cats came back happy and we are grateful for the care they received for the week we were gone!

We have had dogs for over 20 years and have been to a lot of different kennels. This one hands down is the best. We also had our dogs groomed while they were there and it was the best grooming we’ve ever had on our dogs. Everyone is super friendly and they take pride in what they do. The rates are extremely reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about Chelstar’s. It’s simply the best!

Great place. They love our dog as much as we do. He always comes home happy and healthy. We rest easy knowing he's safe.

I have used Chelstars for about 10 years, for multiple dogs including one that was difficult to say the least. They are spectacular. The owner is present, and shows a genuine love and care for what they do. Last time I had my Poppy" there for a haircut and nail trim I watched one of the employees spending time with the dogs outside (doggy recess) I watched him play with them
