Amazing local Margaree, NS owned metal fab company. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and were able to help me with exactly what I was looking for.

Poor Poor Poor.. stay clear if you want professional products and service. If you complain they will just call you crazy and tell you to never call them ever again. Pure amateurs that know nothing about customer service or business. They think because they own a business means they know something about business, which is not the case with this company. A rating of 1 is too high. I sent them full payment and had to fight with them before they found it. Instead of apologizing I was told I Better change my tone". One guy delivered a steel roofing order by himself and it had to be hand unloaded. He said the rest of the orders he was going to tilt the deck and let them slide off. They charge $250 for these deliveries. One of the owners emailed me asking me to call their office so she could tell me not to call the office. Can't make this up. This is their idea of customer service for an inferior product delivered to an unhappy customer. They also think they know more then anyone else in NS about roofing because another owner or manager told me most

Very poor company to deal with, extremely amateur. Don’t waste your money, nothing but lies and mistruths. Had to give a one star rating because there is no zero.
