This is the Ferry Terminal to arrive and leave Cortes Island. It's very busy particularly when the weather is hot. The current Summer boat only hold 30 cars per trip.

Locals who want to be sure to get on the first ferry at 7:50am park their cars on the road (the night before) leading to the loading ramp.When I arrived at 6am there were already a dozen vehicles lined up (empty) with their drivers delivered by someone else after 7am.

Didn't have any issue coming over or coming back. Cortez certainly is an odd little place but it's incredibly beautiful and intriguing. Will definitely be coming back when all this COVID business is settled.
