If you want passport photos stay away of this place, it's hacked.2 weeks ago, I came and I took passport soft copy for my family and today they can't print and give me hardcopy even to pay again.Soooo sad.

I took a passport picture of my baby here. It was very difficult to take a passport photo of a 2 week old infant as it was hard to make them look at the camera and keep their head straight. I went to Shoppers Drug Mart first but the picture wasn't accepted at Service Canada. The team at Staples spent 20 minutes and were patient to take the right picture.

Staff is always friendly. With online purchase, order is always ready the next day. It is a clean store with a variety of supplies. They are always well stocked. I really like this location in particular.

Super helpful staff at the print area. Helped with some taping and cutting for packages. They also do baby passports here and the person helping us was great and took her time to make sure our photo followed all the proper guidelines.

If I can, I will put -10. Perfect idea of marking money! Well done, staples!To scan the doc, you have to do it by yourself, prepay, and follow the instructions. If something is going wrong, nobody cares. The time is counting, and money is taken from your account! Finally I could not scan the document, but have to pay for a time, I was struggling with this flicking instructions.DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SCAN DOCUMENTS IN STAPLES!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Please do not go here to get your passport photos clicked. We reached at 7:30 pm at the store to get photo clicked, no one was there to attend us at the photos's counter. Someone showed up at 7:40 pm and told us that they close in 15 min and hence, they cannot take the picture. Please reflect the same time on your website. We went to Shoppers drug mart and it took literally five minutes for the entire process. Also, I was trying to enquire about this service since morning and nobody picked up the call. Poor Service. Please do not waste your precious time.

I just spent 6 minutes standing at the print solutions counter. Two people working and talking, looking at me multiple times and ignoring me. I had to go outside and ask my order to be delivered through curbside pick-up. Honestly, what do think think I was there for?
