Best yard in the city with the friendliest staff. My dog loves leaving there with a treat too. The yard has developed a ton over the last year and is still improving. Great prices too. I do not go anywhere else!

Dropped a load of mixed aluminum. Staff is awesome! Extremely friendly, helpful and safety-conscious. Helped sort load for best cash payout. This is where to bring your scrap!

Be cautious when bringing items to the warehouse. Make sure your items are being coded properly and check your invoice at the trailer BEFORE you sign. I had items not coded right and got 9 cents instead of 50 cents a pound. It's 100% my fault for not carefully checking before I signed and left. Within 20 minutes I realized the mistake and, unable to return, tried calling several times as well as again the next morning. No one ever answered the phone. I returned the next day not expecting much help and was not disappointed. ONE STAR for the disrespectful and condescending attitude I was offered. Rather than tell me there is nothing they can do after 24 hours, which I would understand and respect, the lady in the trailer told me they would have to go dig out the ones I brought in to verify, and that would take time...??? I couldn't even pick out which ones I brought in nor even how many. Then she called the warehouse guy and explained the situation and he told her he drilled into them and that they were coded properly. HE DID NO SUCH THING. He weighed them and moved them aside and took in my other items and then handed me my slip. Not to mention, she gave him no specific information so he had no way of knowing which customer he was actually talking about. I'll probably keep going here only because it's most convenient to me, but I will definitely be more careful in the future.

We had a project on the go and called about getting rental bins dropped for scrap metal recycling. Many places did not serve the location we were working on and AIM Windsor East provided us with exactly what we needed on short notice. The guys in the yard were very polite and worked quickly, we received better pricing than what other yards quoted for recycling services. Office staff go over the top to make sure everything was done to the best standards. Highly recommend using AIM Windsor East.

I have been dealing with this location for a long time. The path to empty my load(s) have always been clear of any hazards. I had a bad experience at another yard where a brake line went thru the side wall of my truck tire. VERY HAPPY with going to AIM's East Location.
