Bought a hard hat from them 2 weeks ago and ot broke i called thay said bring it in so i did when i got there thay took forever to figure out what to do then tell me thay dont have the part to replace it didnt even offer a new hard hat so out 73 bucks for some thing i need for work i must say i did get a message from them amd thay made things right even brought me out a brand new hardhat thay did reach out to me after this post and brought me a new hardhat right to my place and a few other lil things

Giving a rating of two ONLY because of the lovely girl working behind the counter in the main building. She was very friendly and helpful.The welding area on the other hand was terrible. Two men were sitting behind what seemed like two desks. Upon entering, both exchanged glances and grumbled, very uninterested in providing any assistance and basically turned away business so that they wouldn't have to look.
