The worst customer service you could imagine. I've called three times and no one will return my calls. The email she used doesn't exist any longer so there really is no way to contact these people. It feels like they don't know what they're doing over there. There's got to be another company we the public can turn too.

While in Playa Del Carmen (Jan-Mar 2023) my CPAP machine stopped with front screen indicating 'no power'.Tried calling, email vital Healthcare- no response. They say they responding 48 hrs (BS). Have been trying to get cord but no place sells them. Service is terrible still no response. No personal service only machine messages. Terrible. Not worth 1 star if I could put a negative I would.

No one answers the phone. You have to leave a message and wait 24-48 hour for someone to call you back just to order supplies. I've been trying for weeks but am unable to answer phone calls at random times while at work.

Very rude service from the fitting staff. Not very helpful and had a condescending demeanour. Plus they charged me 299 for a mask that sante apnee charges 175.

My CPAP machine croaked this past Friday night & I was stressed out b/c I thought I'd have to come up with $1,500 + for a new machine with no idea where the $ would come from. Sheena at VitalAire Winnipeg was extremely helpful giving me details about the provincial government program that helps fund a new CPAP machine. She answered my many questions in detail & arranged to have a machine ready for me to pick up when I was going to the city a couple of days from now. What had started out as a how am I going to afford this?" scenario turned into a most positive experience b/c of the excellent customer service Sheena provided."

I was lucky enough (after having been on the wait list for an extended period of time) to have connected with Sheena at VitalAire in Winnipeg. She found me a newly-arrived AirMini! I'm on my way to Scotland to hike in the Highlands, and I'm so grateful that Sheena was able to help me with a travel unit so that I can continue to sleep well after long hiking days, while minimizing the baggage I have to carry. Sheena demonstrated the use of the machine, helped me connect to the App and will also make available a battery for future camping adventures. Very grateful for the thorough and helpful service. I'm a happy customer!

Never answers their phone with a human at either Manitoba clinic. Wholly relies on voicemail for call backs, which never happens. Terrible pre-appointment customer service. Clearly either understaffed or ignorant of phone callsTake away the MB health contract or provide some extra competition and then they might smarten up their customer service. They act entitled as the only gig in town for service.
