They have no idea what they are doing. We waited 25 min for a couple of teas and one espresso. They had no idea where the hot water was. The y served me tea woth empty cup and tea bag inside. Espresso was served in a Large cup… coffee almost disappeard in it…. I don’t know what else to say because i was stunned by the unprofessional way of serving customers . Most costumers in line left because i guess everyone was shocked by the “ service”.They were not understaffed . They were not trained absolutely for this job. This is insane….

The service can be slow inside as well. Can’t blame the staff, it’s a tough job and I bet they are doing their best. Be patient with them!

Hit and miss at best. Manners could be greatly improved at drive-thru - simple hello or a smile would go a long way instead of calling out the amount owing. Need to double check orders carefully as mistakes/missing items are commonplace.

Wonderful service every time I go. Coffee is always great. Always recommend this location. Although the wait time might get a little absurd sometimes. I’m sure they always do the best they can.

Ridiculous wait times. If it takes 25 mins to get through a drive through it's time to review your process. How about the staff that are standing around chatting help get the orders out faster. Really tired of this.

My friends and I stopped by this Tims on the way home and ordered some iced capps, and it was by far the worst ice capp I've ever had. The cup was not full, and instead of the classic creamy/slushy texture, it was just a straight liquid. There was also coffee spilled all over the top of the cup and dripping down the sides. I have to say, my expectations were already pretty low (it's an iced capp, how hard could it be?), but somehow this Tims couldn't even reach that.

This spot can be a hit or miss based on the times I’ve been here. Sometimes they mess up my order and during peak hours it is really busy. You could expect to wait over 20min+ in the drive through and if you don’t mobile order for inside pickup. But the staff are nice and work hard to provide to their customers.

My posse and I needed coffee and decided on ice cappuccinos from this location. From the drive thru They were not whipped and there was a lot of space in our cups. Hardly any froth, and barely cold.A suggestion:Take some pride in your work and create the correct products that we are paying for under Tim Hortons guidelines.This was around 3:30 pm on Wednesday August 10, 2022

Ordered 2 bacon farmers wraps and XL tea 2 cream 3 sugar. Bacon was over cooked, dry and tasteless, tea had NO sugar. Customer service person sounded rude, condescending and patronizing. No napkins provided, had to ask, person was rude again and gave us bare minimum amount of 2 napkins as if the cost is coming off their cheque. This is not the first time we've been disappointed at this location. Will be avoiding this location in the future.
