Service is a bit slow but aside from that it's a nice spot to grab some ice cream!

I went to this location it shows online that its closed at 10 pm and, I was there at 9:55pm door was already locked. My daughter knocked it many times and the girls on desk totally ignored her so they can go home on time. I was sitting in my car right in front of the door so I called and asked about closing time and someone answered that “oh now we are closed as its 10pm and by now” this is extreme level of workmanship. Good luck with the people you hired. If there is options for zero star it should go to this location.

I was trying to get an Oreo Blizzard, and when I was trying to use the Dairy Queen app to get my DQ points by scanning my QR code the employee at the counter said that their scanner was broken. I said, That's okay then. What else can I do to get my points? Is there a way to get my points after I purchase by inputting my receipt info into the app

Please be aware of this location. A chicken sandwich that is 7.99 at other locations is almost double the price here. This is the same with many of their menu items. When I inquired why I was told it’s a franchise and they can charge whatever they want.

This was my first visit to this Dairy Queen. Staff were pleasant and our order was served up without any delay. We ordered a chocolate sundae and a Blizzard. I asked for the Chocolate Covered Cherries" flavour

On several occasions over the last 2 months the store has closed early. On Sunday June 11 at 8:45pm we drove by and the sign was turned off. When I got home I calked to complain. 2km away. They male that answered the phone said they were open. I turned back and got there just before 9 only to find the doors locked. A sign for store hours written in black marker changed the Sunday hours to 9pm. Website says 10pm. The franchise and owner need to be on the same page.

As someone who works at another Dairy Queen and has met the owner, I can say he is quite nice. However, when I went in tonight and ordered two strawberry banana skor blizzards, I was given two strawberry skor cheesquake blizzards instead. My father repeated his order 3 times, so I believe it was clear what we wanted. I believe we got cheesequake because the employees were either too lazy to cut up bananas, or didn’t collaborate well enough. The girl who took our order punched it in as an “ask” blizzard, meaning that the other employees won’t know what it is unless they ask her. She was stumbling on her words when giving the order to her coworker, so my dad told them the order again. The boy who made our order seemed new, and should have been regulated a little more than he was, as, said earlier, he made our blizzards incorrectly, and the toppings also weren’t even mixed into the blizzard properly. When I was getting to the bottom of my cup, I was eating plain ice cream. The blizzards also took 2x the amount of time it should have to make 2 medium blizzards if they did have banana (which makes it take a little longer because the worker has to cut up the banana) even though it didn’t even have the banana in it.I’ve also gone before a couple of times and ordered my usual Hawaiian blizzard, which they usually said “ok” to, however they gave me tropical blizzards instead. This has happened to me multiple times at this location, which is why I started to get strawberry banana skor, as most Dairy Queen locations will have the ingredients for that blizzard, rather than coconut, which is a little rarer.Conclusively, this Dairy Queen does not specialize in blizzards, however they seem to do decently at everything else. Plus, the floor was clean. That was nice.

Got an ice cream cake yesterday! Although it tasted very good, what I wasn’t too happy about was the little selection they had for pre-made cakes.. there were lots of cakes with flowers (which would have been fine if I wanted a cake for a girl) or cakes with random things drawn on that I couldn’t quite make out what they were..I’m aware if you order 48hrs ahead you can customize your cake however you like which is what I’ll take advantage of next time!

Took the kids here for a slushy and mini blizzard. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly and quick with getting my order together, store was also very clean!They do have a one way road closure in front of them at the moment but all in all , great experience!
