Dr. Martin truly cares, about my health and safety.I believe in her, specially when I am going for surgery. I believe that She sends me to the best surgeon's that she knows. I trust her with my life.She takes the time to really listen to me, when I am sharing something personal. I feel respected.Dr Martin came to the hospital to see how i was doing. I felt so special, even though she must have seen so many of her patient's.I was broken, lost within myself, scared of not knowing what is going on with me.I was in so much pain after surgery. She assured me that I am in good hands.Thank you Dr.Martin for believing in me. You are the best.

Amazing staff, amazing doctor's. Clean, friendly smiles all around. Wouldn't trade this amazing place for anything else!

I have the privilege of having Dr. Jennifer Miesner as my doctor and I have nothing but gratitude and respect for her. The reception staff have all changed over the past couple of years with the exception of Vivienne who continues to be friendly, helpful and caring. Unfortunately, her lovely demeanor only exacerbates the other receptionists rude and impatient tone of voice and snappy answers, over the phone-when they get around to answering it....

Dr Rishi has been my doctor for 7 years now and 2 babies! She is amazing and so personable. She is amazing with Mt 2 little ones aswell. We ❤️ her!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Sarbit for the entire duration of my second pregnancy. She is honestly the best doctor I have ever encountered and so I envy anyone who was able to lock her down as their family practitioner! She never made me feel rushed, was super caring, always open to questions and has a super calming energy to her. The clinic itself is modern and beautiful and has a perfect spot for nursing moms or other littles that need to play. I found the entire staff to be incredibly warm, kind and super accommodating. My family and I will certainly miss Dr. Sarbit and Strathcona Medical!

I was referred to this clinic to doctor Rishi when I moved to Kelowna and was pregnant 5 months. Everytime u had to wait 1 to 2 hours and whenever I went to see her was rushed. And that's fine i was OK with with wait but at least care for the patient. You might see 100 of pregnant women and delivery everyday so might be your everyday thing but patients that come see you they might be only 1 time pregnant in thier life and it is special to them, didn't look like she cared. And my whole delivery went soo wrong. And had such a hard recovery for someone who was healthy whole pregnancy and active.....without going into the details...please if your pregnant make sure you have a good and caring doctor because it can make a whole difference in the process anr delivery and after. I really wish wish I could go back and change to a different doctor :(

Highly recommend strathcona medical clinic! I started coming here when I was pregnant and ended up being fortune enough to get in as a regular patient. I know they are now full to take on non pregnant patients but if you're looking for a unbelievable OB this is your place! They have 7 OB's in the office and a few share positions. Stratchcona medical has always been there for me and my family whenever we need it. Thank you for keeping us healthy. Maegan

First appointment ever our doctor no showed. Second apppintment never even got an apology.Reception staff is rude and disorganized.Doctors didnt seem to care about their jobs or their patient... Happy to never return. Made going to the doctors office a terrible experience.

Dr. Higgins and the rest of the staff are friendly, accommodating, welcoming & reassuring. As a first time mom with anxiety I cannot thank them enough for how their office is managed and how smooth the process is. Appointments are booked promptly with follow up emails to confirm. The office is clean and easy to get to with underground parking. Dr. Higgins herself is very knowledgeable, understanding and attentive with her patients.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place and the incredible Doctors there!! I gave birth 8+ months ago but rehashing my pregnancy experience with a friend made me think of it! I was lucky enough to have had Dr. Meisner looking after me during pregnancy. She was incredibly patient, kind, and even took enough time and care to call her patients herself when she was stuck on highway due to the flooding last year. I was also lucky enough to have Dr. Mace deliver my baby (all the female doctors rotate shifts at KGH). She had such an incredible bedside manner, and I knew I was in good hands! She was so calm. Every doctor we encountered from Strathcona while staying at the hospital was incredible. If you have been referred here, you are in great hands. Thank you so much to the incredible team of doctors that work here. Your care and hard work are so appreciated!
