I thought i would give this place a try due to proximity despite the poor reviews. I had three pairs of pants to hem.The prices are arbitrary and not listed anywhere - they ONLY take Cash which they tell you only when you go to pick up your garments. 48.50 for three pairs of pants that were a simple hem.It took two days to hem the pants, the job was done but overall I felt like there was no transparency with prices, the employees were annoyed that they had to get up and help customers and the fact that they only take cash (no advance warning) are all reasons I would not recommend this place. If I am going to pay this much I will would prefer to go somewhere with friendly service and transparency. Avoid if you can.

They made a hole in my brand new lace dress (still had tags on it) and then claimed it was there before from when I wore it (never wore it tags were still on!) Refused to repair it, apologize or reimburse me. Awful experience. Awful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad communication skills. Wanted to charge me 80 dollars to replace 8 pieces of velcro on my coat. That's 10 dollars for each 1 1/2 inch piece of velcro!!! For 80 dollars I can buy a new coat!! As a matter of fact, I think that's about what I paid for it!

Rude and unhelpful. Refuses to do an alteration without even explaining why. Overcharged for the one thing they did do. It was an unpleasant experience and I would not go back.

The lady is rude, want to do minimum job. Asked to buy an elastic waistband for her to do the job.

Awful. Trench-coat sleeves cut too short despite measurements taken and skirt hem loo long despite measurements.First time last time.

The lady there was very nice, and 'fixed' my problem quite quickly and cheaply.** Do not let her near any kind of stretchy material - it will get ruined. **

WORST tailor in Mtl, please don’t waste your money here. I paid a lot for a small fix and these people did a terrible job. My two year old could’ve sew my dress better for free. It’s an embarrassment of shop. It should shut down.

Went to this place at first just to get a gist of its prices, the moved on to other stores to compare. This one had the most reasonable prices and good quality tailoring I've seen. The reviews disappoint.
