Management are bullies and are horrible to staff and clients. Once a staff reports upper management they fire them

Workplace and management are extremely toxic. Did not feel supported or even cared for during my time working. Ended with being fired without solid evidence. Had no complaints prior. I do not recommend Ican at all.

I work in health care my observation during my visiting with friends.PSW call the son to see where clt is because it was unusual for his father not to be home. It was very nice to hear that the PSW followed the careplan emergency contact. PSW did not just leave there service task behind undone, clt not home" because it is late and want to just finish work earlier.If clt is not home if we are there 30mins or 1hr we need to follow through on why there not home and chart it. That should be in every work policy.To that psw you know who you are working at 9pm
