Gerry's Enterprise is very professional & helpful. Plumbing services were a little slow to access but staff shortages can often not be helped.

I went to Gerry's enterprise in person on Thursday, they said fixing our issue wasn't difficult and that they would come out to fix it. Even filled out a service request while we were there. We went back home and waited all day for them to show up to no avail, they never called us either to say they couldn't make it. After they never showed up, we figured maybe they would show up on the following day. That didn't happen either, so I called them up and was told all we needed was a slight well pump adjustment.That was the last we heard of them.This was two weeks ago.My recommendations, unless you have months or longer available to wait, find someone else to come do the work.

Same issue as the previous customer. Don’t expect follow up without initiating it yourself regardless of what you’re told. Cut corners on our duct insulation

Gerry's Enterprises was excellent. I called them to fix my central air conditioning unit in our house. The repair men were here in approximately 15 minutes. They found the problem....found the part..in half an hour we finally had our much needed air conditioner working. I recommended them to all my friends here in Cochrane. I will definitely call them again. Tks Geatan Gravel and Louis Levesque and his partner for quick the quick fix.

I contacted regarding leak in my washroom. Customer service was great and service man fixed on the same day. Other time I called them to check leak in my sink again service man fixed immediately. Got the best service from these guys.
