The on-going support and navigation assistance provided by your amazing Care Coordination Team and Care Planner was greatly appreciated! All the PSWs who have attended to Laura have been exceptional. Laura is unable to verbally communicate but they talk to her and keep her informed of what they are doing to assist her, although it is difficult to gauge her level of understanding. They are completely professional, very kind and take a great interest in her well being.

Rosa our service provider was Amazing! She arrived on time, cleaned our entire apartment so it sparkled as well as the day we moved in! It gave us such peace of mind, we actually got the best night's sleep since we have been here.
