I called and booked an appointment on April 19th with a noise in my heat pump I was told it might take a couple of weeks to get a tech out I had no problem with that called back approximately 1 month after that talked to someone there she said she would get Tanya to call back it has been almost 2 and 1 half month nobody yet and no call back not recommended

Installed heat pumps at a commercial building. Great to deal with. After the fact we had a manufacturing issue with one of the pumps and they were prompt to get it addressed and AC back on.
