This review has been a long time coming, reason for posting now is I am trying to sell my vehicle and being penalized for the actions of Nissan. Here are details:Purchased New from Stouffville Nissan in Sept 2014, buying experience was very pleasant and the sales rep Danny who is no longer there was amazing, even after the sale he contacted me and provided excellent service!Now the issues, around April I noticed small rust spots all over the vehicle (see images) this is still 2014 and the car is practically brand new! So a few weeks later I drive to the dealership thinking this would be a non issue and covered by warranty, the service manager Ian looks at my car and says its not a warranty issue, its caused by the environment - snow, rain, this is laughable - Nissan makes a car that rusts in less than 1 year and its no covered! He tells me to call Nissan Canada which I do and they suggest that they will take Stouffville Nissans word for it and do no more investigation. They then suggest Stouffville Nissan will clay bar my car as a sign of good faith to which they did deliver on - but it did not remove all the rust spots, it was all over the vehicle including inside the doors and trunk. When picking up my vehicle I was speaking with the Manager (not Ian) and he suggested this happens to white cars, to which I said you charged me extra for white and why wouldn't you warn people if this happens - no logical response was given.Next issue - still in the same timeframe (under a year old) the car starts to rust more dramatically from the metal trim above the license plate (this seems to be common on Altimas) this however was covered by Warranty and promptly repaired. The issue is several years later the area that was repaired which was the trunk panel started to look discolored and showed spider lines in the paint. I contacted the dealer and assumed as mostly all paint repairs I have had included a lifetime warranty, but the shop Nissan used (Honest Auto in Markham) did not. Now my entire trunk panel is a peeling mess and as i am trying to sell my car this is costing me a lot of money as people are not willing to pay for a car with rust spots and a peeling trunk - thank you Nissan!

Thank you to Jim for a great experience in buying a new car! From start to finish, Jim was very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions when I was deciding between different models and kept in touch with me for any updates related to my purchase. I also want to thank the rest of the team at Stouffville Nissan as I was initially anticipating to receive the car in a few months, which is understandable due to the global supply shortages but to my surprise, they were able to get the exact car I was looking for within a month of coming into the dealership. I'm very happy with my experience and the car!

Junsu kim (Service Advisor) very professional and careful.I got my service done for my Nissan also Put on New Tires Michelin Defender , and it looks absolutely brand new. Mr J.P. is very good at mechanical work. I would recommend it to anyone who has a Nissan.

Wallace is my sale consultant, I have a great buying experience from him, and was very satisfied with my brand new Nissan. Wallace is very patient young gentleman, he never pressure me in buying a car, but take his time explaining me everything I need to know. The wait time for delivery is only 3 weeks.
