Outstanding service for a broken central air unit. In less than 24 hours, they found the hard-to-find part and repaired the air conditioner, which was incredibly fast. The company is customer-focused and will do whatever they can to repair your equipment quickly and minimize down time and inconvenience.

Im not having a good experience I called to order parts after I was told what I needed (a new fan and replacement logs) for my gas fire place in Sept and still no word called 4 times and im still getting the same song they will call me when the parts come in.. no date of expecting the parts . Just basically we will call you. Im not happy 2 almost 3 months and nothing and I have no heat in the 1 room.

I had Dows ClimateCare come to my house due to my air conditioner not working, Chris Lobb came to replace a $860 part. Well Chris was here he figured out that the actual issue was the wiring between my thermostat and the wiring in the furnace. Thank goodness for Chris he saved me over $800, he was extremely nice and he explained everything that he had to do to get the air conditioner working. I'll be forever asking for Chris, if you get him you'll be in great hands. Thanks again to Chris

Comfort Tech, Mike McLean, cleaned and tested our two furnaces and one heat pump. He was very pleasant and professional. He suggested a few energy saving tips and also fixed the gas on/off switch to our outdoor fireplace. Very pleased with the service!

This company installed a chimney for my fireplace on my new house in October 2020. The chimney was installed on an angle rather than straight up and down. Eventually I had water leakIng into the house. I called Dows in Trenton to tell them I had a leak and I believed it was coming from the chimney. I was immediately blown off and told I had a Roofing issue. I eventually hired someone to come and have a look at the chimney and found it was not caulked properly and was not installed correctly. I called Dows again and they finally sent someone out to check the chimney. He told me the chimney was inserted incorrectly and that they would decide what they were going to do to fix it. But nothing happened so I called in again and was told that it was the contractor who built the house who told them how to install the chimney so I needed to be talking to the contractor. That made no sense to me as Dow were the ones who actually installed the chimney. After much finger-pointing I decided to hire someone to come in and fix the chimney which I did and I no longer have a leak. I was also told that the chimney was installed too close to the actual roof surface, according to the building code. Not a great experience and a mess I was left to clean up at my own cost. Dows take no responsibility for the problem they created.

We had a serious problem with our old water heater and called Haven. Derek, our sales rep came over that morning and Jenn, at the office,coordinated an install by noon the same day. Not only are they professional, they are friendly and do everything they can to make the customers experience an excellent one.Kenn, Jordan and Wyatt were fast, professional and clean. They were great to deal with and we are very pleased with the job they did. I would recommend Haven for any home heating/cooling needs (they put in our air conditioner two summers ago)You guys are the best !!Our sincere thanks,Dave and Angela

We had Dows install ac/furnace and water heater. From the start, the receptionist was very pleasant and upbeat, the installation guys (Tyler) were fantastic, arrived on time, explained everything, were very respectable with our pets and left everything neat and tidy! Would highly recommend!!

Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Dow’s sent out a technician the same day we called. Mike McLean serviced our unit and explained exactly what the problem was and had it up and running again in no time.

Our A/C and furnace were installed by Dows two years ago, and we have it annually serviced by their techs. Their techs are awesome - professional and knowledgeable of the equipment. Great service.
