I love Neptune! She's kind, knowledgable and real.She gained my trust very quickly when she asked how much length I wanted taken off and promised she wasn't the type of hair stylist to cut off more than that.I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and she executed flawlessly. She makes cutting hair look effortless and styled my hair beautifully with no product! I feel like I got to see my real haircut without a bunch of products to fix it up. I felt so beautiful!I'll go back again!!

I have been a customer of Neptune's for years. She does my highlights as well as haircut. I recently got a short pixie haircut and got so many compliments. I totally love it! She is very precise and very experienced. The salon has a friendly environment with clientele from all age groups which I love:) Highly recommend it.

Never again. Had the exact experience as a past reviewer: Esperanza Maggay from a few years ago. This establishment has been pulling this stunt for several years. Awful.

Neptune did a great job with my haircut, my hair now has so much more volume, looks much healthier. She’s also given me the TikTok famous layered haircut - looks super trendy. Recommend!

I came in with a groupon and she asked if I had been here before? Which I said yes and stated that should be paying full price I told her that in the fine print in groupon said it can be re purchased every 6 months, I was there about 4 years ago, told you need deal with them to amend it. I told her I wanted the same colour highlights instead I come home and it’s a lot darker not happy at all! After she finished the colour she said would cut my hair after she does another customer, so I had to wait half an hour not happy with that, I travelled from the west end by transit spent 4 hours at the salon. So now I will have to get my colour done again at my regular hairdresser n 2 months

My experience at this salon was disappointing as they charged me significantly more than the price mentioned on the Groupon coupon. This misleading pricing practice is unacceptable and damages trust. Potential customers should be cautious and review pricing carefully before booking with this. Transparent communication and honoring promotional offers are essential for maintaining customer satisfaction.
