I’ve been going here for years, they treat returning customers as if we are all a group of friends giving the best deal they can. I’ve bought gear from here, had service and gotten parts. I’d suggest this place anytime over anywhere else I’ve been to. My motorcycle helmet had a issue with it, I took it in and Robyn instantly sent photos to get it covered by warranty and was nice enough to not send it off right away because it’s my only helmet. We ended up just exchanging it and I got a new one today. Always great service there, letting me know when their orders should hopefully be in so I can be there right away. Great place to shop!

I had a great experience at West Kelowna Valley Moto Sport! I have been riding adventure bikes for the last 3 years and wanted to upgrade. Stopped in to have a quick peek of available stock. I have never riden a KTM Adventure bike before. I met Cory in sales, he spent almost a hour with me on the product.
