I don't want to claim racism but from the moment I sat down they never served me. Never asked if I needed anything (even when asking the people sitting directly beside me). I was the very first person in the lounge and I sat for 15 minutes before I had to walk up to the till and ask for a drink. They saw me and walked past many times. This continued for 2 hours while I awaited my flight departure. They served others and never even asked me if I wanted anything. Very disappointing. I hope this review provides the management an opportunity to reflect and teach their employees to treat people better.

What a great experience, everything was clean, beautiful and the customer service offered by Sapna was above and beyond! She made my airport experience wonderful! I'm tempted to come back even when I'm not flying just because of her!

2 stars because the food tasted decent. 1 charging outlet, very sub-mediocre service, limited menu, and the seats were awful! The staff (x3) Jung out down by the snack bar while their full bar (of 9-people) tried to get their attention. If you see the the good reviews and Photos, they are of the restaurant/bar of the same name that is BEFORE you go through security (when leaving our after when you’ve landed in Abbotsford). The one that I’m reviewing is beat the gate’s and its BAD.

Overpriced restaurant with sub par food. The worst part is, you don't have any other option once you get past security check.We had chicken panini. But may be grabbing chicken sandwich from the 'grab & go' fridge could have been better option.

Served me @ 6:49 and told me kitchen was closed…@ 7:00… so they weren’t closed they just didn’t wanna make food up to closing. Open till 7 means taking orders until 7. If it were 7:01 I could understand. Server was just terrible, couldn’t understand her cuz she whispers, I drank my beer and wanted another and she said they were closed… it still wasn’t even 7 yet and she was doing her cash out. One other patron who was here already asked for a beer @ 6:52 and she denied him a beer!!! WTF…

Service was atrocious. I specifically asked about any extra charges if I substitute onion rings for fries, I was told there was none. I asked a second time and was reassured there wasn’t a charge. To my surprise when the bill came….there was a charge. To top it off my servers argued with me, told me it was on the menu , when I asked to see it they couldn’t find it as one of the other ladies took them to the back. They had no idea what beers were in tap or in bottles. I also did not ask for my bill but I was handed it none the less. The burger was very good unfortunately the service undermines the restaurant. Save yourself from bad service and eat before you get to the airport.

Honestly, my expectations were pretty low so that could be causing the extra star. But the paninis were decent. Got pesto chicken and the pizza paninis and beers. Beers were not super cold.

I wish this wasn’t considered and international airport because both Ravens are embarrassing to Canada. They have no clue about the service industry and it’s very obvious they have a monopoly. Any other restaurant in this airport would bury these guys. They have been terrible since they opened and literally have gotten worse. The food is mediocre at best but the service is abominable.

Fix your TVs behind security check-in and play some sports or something, we all know you've heard the complaints. Ghetto airport bar with terrible food, you should be ashamed. Your poor staff have to deal with constant complaints due to obvious penny-pinching and clearly you aren't listening.
