Event Booth were amazing and I would totally recommend them for your next event! Booking them was a breeze and their pricing was very attractive. We had an amazing attendant who interacted with our guests with great energy! All in all a awesome experience :)

Great service and price. I booked Event Booth for my schools semi formal. The entire team was very responsive and patient throughout the process. The team reached the venue on time and accordingly set up the backdrop and props. This created a hassle free night. I would highly recommend booking Event Booth.

If you're looking for something fun and engaging for all guests, I highly suggest using Event Booth! We rented the Mirror Me" photo booth for our Athletic Banquet and it was a huge success. The two hour rental included an attendant

To put it mildly, their photo booth operator spoiled the whole experience for my guests and myself. The operator showed up an hour early and not at the specified time. The major thing that makes me angry is instead of having the specified approved message on the bottom of the pictures which was suppose to be Marty and Kim 2023, it said Brunching Millies on the bottom. One of my guests had brought this up to the operator and he just ignored this mistake. So what I concluded happened here is the operator didn’t change the message from the previous event he went to and just left it. Totally unprofessional and all my photo booth pictures have this stupid message on the bottom Brunching Millies. I reached out to the company but have not heard a single response on this issue. They are fast to take payment but when you have an issue they go radio silent. This photo booth company is terrible and I don’t recommend anybody use them for any type of event.

I find this review a little difficult to write, as I do not normally complain or voice my concerns/complaints over a business, especially with the last couple of challenging years everyone has had, but I do not want what happened to me, happen to anyone else, especially due to the costs involved!I hired this company for my Wedding which took place October 22, 2022 at an Ajax location, after having been delayed a couple of years due to COVID.Initially, the company (people) were fantastic to work with, and were very accommodating. Although being a big expense (asked for the Mirror which was more than $850.00 for 2 hours), I was excited and had “talked” up this Mirror to my friends, so they were all looking forward to it, and went ahead with it, as it appeared this business had good reviews.The day of the wedding the rep came up to me (lets give him the benefit of the doubt and say 630pm but it was later), and introduced himself and asked me where I wanted the mirror placed. He seemed very nice and I told him I was leaving it up to him as he was the expert.It was after this that everything went downhill. The mirror was set up and we were to have it from 8 to 10 pm.I started hearing rumblings during my wedding , from my guests that the mirror was not working, the printer was jammed. The rep who was to be on site, and who I paid to have there, was no where to be found!!At 10pm he came back and told me that due to the issues he would stay for another 2 hours until 12 pm with no additional cost to me. I was fine with that!Once again, he disappeared and he was no where to be found! Several guests and even venue staff went looking for him, even in the parking lot, but he was no where!!We cleaned up our wedding items at the end of the night and left at 12:50 pm. The rep who was to be on site was still no where to be found! The venue staff knew by this time I was frustrated (and embarrassed) but told me not to worry that they would be there cleaning up until about 2am should he decide to appear for his stuff..The next day, I asked the venue staff when he came. They said about 10 min after we all left.My problem is this:The rep did not stay on site to deal with any issues and was no where to be found as was promised.The pictures looked over exposed and had no writing or message on them to show they came from our wedding.There were not a lot of different props.The printer did not work for more than half the time.I was to receive a digital copy of the pictures taken….. I have received NOTHING!I have contacted my initial point of contact (Michael) who told me to email Event Booth Canada, which I have done now FOUR times, and no one has taken the time to respond. (I did receive an email back from Cristina after my second email I sent, advising that my email had been forwarded to her superiors.I feel I been extremely patient, provided ample time and opportunity for someone from the company to respond to me, and to also provide me with a digital copy of the pictures that I was to receive.I paid A LOT of money for something which should have been a lot of fun and to which people were looking forward to, but for which the only thing I received were problems and the whole situation was embarrassing. (for my guests and the event place staff)I feel if the company cared even a bit, they would have responded.As a result, I COULD NOT with good conscience / and WOULD NOT recommend this company —-at least not for events in the AJAX location!Please DO NOT make the same mistake I did!Note: As of January 28, 2023 I have heard NOTHING back from this company in spite of the emails and text messages sent!!

Communication was very quick and clear. Staff was very accomodating as I booked the booth last minute and very grateful for that. The attendants on site during the night of the party, Kate and her colleague were very kind and friendly especially during all the chaos. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

I used Event Booth at a corporate event and it was a huge hit! They were easy to deal with and the representative on site was professional, engaging and great to work with! My favourite was all the props they brought along for the shoot! We will definitely use them again!

They were very easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable and the booking process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend their services for any event!

Fun is a complete understatement!! This was such an enjoyable and amazing experience! This was rented for a work event and We couldn’t stop talking about it. The photographer was friendly and engaging. She was so outgoing, making it easy to step outside our comfort zone. Also the props provided were SO MUCH FUN and allowed everyone to step outside of our serious “work mode” to be silly and in the moment. Which added to the photo results. Our pictures turned out amazing! Not to mention, the pictures are printed immediately for you (which surprised most of us who weren’t expecting to have a physical copy of memories from that night) !! I’m looking forward to connecting with Event booth for my own private events. Definitely the highlight of the night. GREAT work guys! Can’t wait to connect with you in the very near future!
