Decent mountain bike loop:-Park here.-Bike up the 106 Ave. hill toward forest heights.-Hit the single track above the golf course. With a bit of routefinding there is connected singletrack essentially all the way to Capilano Park.-Cross the bridge at the EPCOR plant.-Ride down the hill beside the stairs (or take the stairs).-Take the double track all the way back to the river valley swing.-Go the high trail way above Dawson Park towards the Dawson Park parking lot.-At ~80% of the way to the top, turn off at the stairs, but take the single track, not the stairs.-Eventually exit the single track back to Dawson Park parking lot.-Take Dawson Bridge back to here.
