The staff here are very friendly and kind. I was experiencing a unique tax situation which was handled professionally. I've been pleased with the service I've received for having my last 5 tax returns completed by Dynamic Tax.

Great customer service, The women who was at the front desk (Sabrina) was amazing, super outgoing and friendly. They were very fast and efficient and kept me up to date on how my income tax process was going. Would go back 100% :)

This place is a scam ! Very shady and worst customer service possible. I asked to see my signature on my tax documents and they proceeded to yell at me, tell me I was trespassing, kick me out and refused my paperwork to me. I had to phone the police. Once the officer arrived, I then found out that they had already sent me taxes via efile WITHOUT my consent or signature! Do not go here!!!

Absolutely the worst place to have your taxes done - wish I saw the reviews before I went there.They prepared two different returns (the correct one and a complete work of fiction that they claim was in my best interest to consider"). When I told them that I wanted the real numbers only filed they submitted the WRONG one and then wouldn't fix it. I told the government and had them write a letter stating the error was theirs not mine and to top it all off.... I am now being audited for the year they did my taxes...Dynamic is just horrible to deal with and get anything done.... they take weeks to do returns and seem to know less about tax law than their customers.Where is the government in all this???Why are these guys allowed to practise???"

The only reason there is 1 star is because you can't give negative stars. I wish I saw some of the other reviews on this place before I went to them. They incorrectly filed my 2012 return over 4 times and then because of all the errors they made (and made up) they couldn't figure out what the correct information was. I would call them to try and find out any progress on the return but as you notice their phones forward right to an answering machine and the numerous messages I left all went unanswered until I would show up at their location and ask for an update. Even then, I would be told we will call you tomorrow or a couple days later once we call the CRA for an update. They would never return my call and their by appointment only policy is obviously because of irate people coming to them to find out why they aren't responding to inquiries. This was repeated several times and it was evident they didn't know what was going on every time I came in because I had to explain the situation to them over and over again. Every time I would come in the guy who runs the business said he would look into it personally and call the CRA, then when I went back he conveniently had no recollection of the previous conversation we had. I should have run after our initial conversation had him explaining to me how you can lie to the CRA and claim personal gifts that the government couldn't audit, as well as other shady methods of false claims. In our initial conversation, he mentioned that the price for my return was X number of dollars but if I wanted to pay more he could submit my return so that I wouldn't have to pay anything back to the government. Lesson learned, don't use shady guys like this it's not worth it to try and save money on your return, especially now that he refuses to give me back my information that he submitted and I have to file without any receipts that I gave them. RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE, it's only a matter of time before he lands in jail. There is so much more to this story about how bad this experience was with them but it's too long to write. At the end of the day they said they didn't want to deal with me any longer and offered a refund of my money to wash their hands of me, I have never had an issue with anyone before and like to think I treat people with respect and did with them through the whole process, but when they came out asking me to sign a release waiver that released them from all liability in regards to the information they submitted for my claim it was obvious they knew they had messed up. I refused to sign and they refused to give me a refund. I am now out the money I paid for their service" and have to pay again to have my return filed through someone else. If I can tell you anything it is to stay as far away from Dynamic Tax as possible
