4 people finished at the counter in 15 minutes and only 1 new customer was called up? Another teller dealt with the same mother and daughter for over a half hour?

Needed an Ontario medical form printed out, would have taken 15 seconds of thier time. We don't do that" "I have no clue what that even is?" "You need to go elsewhere" Absolutely useless and rude . I hate this city and don't ever want to return!"

We had issues with our trailer vin#, the ladies especially Angela and Kelly where so helpful on helping us to get the correct information. Always pleasant and great attitude. I would recommend this office.

Only MTO I've dealt with since getting my license many moons ago, but never will I walk through those doors again, they need fresh young happy people in there that don't look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work. It's really should be called KARENS MTO.Rude, smug individual s that clearly think they walk on water.

Arrived at 8:50 with five people in front of me, and I was out by 9:15. Fast and friendly service here, far beyond any other Service Ontario I’ve visited.

I went to renew some items and get a photo. There were about 12 individuals ahead of me. I arrived at approximately 945am. I was out and in my vehicle by 1020am. Bravo! The staff were very efficient, polite, and genuinely pleasant. Having not visited a Service Ontario in years I was, sorry to say, surprised at the service levels. They are fantastic at least based on my visit. Whatever you're doing keep doing it!
