Sunrise Washroom Rentals

We rented toilets and a wash station for a wedding and they were great. Drop off and pickup went quick with no issues

The washroom were perfect ,clean and so helpful at our wedding of over 100 people at our home. Great service and highly recommended for your next event.

Sunrise staff are professional and friendly. We had a great experience throughout all stages of the transaction. The two station washroom was perfect for our outdoor wedding and we received many compliments from our guests. We loved how clean and modern they were! Will definitely use again in the future.

We were so pleased with the washrooms for our wedding. We had roughly 150 people and the 4 station Select series was perfect. This company had bought out the company whom I had initially booked through and honored our contract with no issue!So many of our guests commented on how nice the bathrooms were! Way better than using a port-a -potty for this event. It was well worth it. I think people we so surprised that these were rental bathrooms".No issues with delivery (even though our location was a bit tricky to access). I think pick up occurred a day after what the contract said but this was not a problem at all as it was a private property.We experienced prompt

Driver stopped in the middle of road to service washroom. There was room on the shoulder. Instead he blocks the road and was very rude to me. Very unprofessional how the driver was acting.

Highly recommend Sunrise washroom rentals. The pickup and drop off were seamless and on time. We rented 3 stalls for our wedding and everyone was so thankful to have such a great washroom that was clean and fully stocked. They were also air conditioned which was a huge bonus as we got married during a heat wave. We rented their trailer that included an accessible washroom which was incredibly appreciated by our senior and mobility challenged guests.

DO NOT BOOK THESE WASHROOM TRAILERS DURING COVID FOR A WEDDING. While their staff is pleasant to deal with, EVERY other vendor I have dealt with for COVID has given me our deposits back, and Sunrise REFUSES to give our $600 deposit back even though COVID restrictions have changed to 10 people (meaning I will not need a washroom trailer). Please change this policy, every couple that is getting married is losing money because of companies like this; and while I understand companies are struggling as well, they need to respect their customers and the situations that we are facing as well (like other companies are doing). Apparently Valley Waste are refunding their couples for weddings - take your business there instead.

We had a delivery recently for our daughters wedding . Don delivered and picked on time with a smile. Tricky location, but he made it work

We had a great experience with our porta potty rental. It was serviced regularly and always smelt lovely. It was kept clean and stocked with toilet paper after each service. Customer service was very organized and prompt with pick up and delivery. Great experience with this company. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. They delivered faulty bathrooms; the tank on the female side was full at the beginning of the event (WEDDING) due to a malfunctioned flusher, and flooded the bathroom. We could not get a hold of anyone to help fix the problem during the event of 230+ people. Therefore, we were left with one toilet on the men's side to accommodate the large group. We could not reach anyone until the weekend ended... then it still took over 2 weeks to reach a manager (owner). He did not want to give us the time of day to discuss what had happened. They also did not pick up the washrooms on the day they said they would. I heard this also happened to another customer. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY do not recommend.
