Avoid!! Lived at 16 Summit Ave for years - crazy lady in building caused nothing but stress and created unsafe living environment. Verbal harassment, physical intimidation, and violent behaviour. Landlord refused to do anything and police/bylaw could not assist as it was the Landlords responsibility. She does it to all her neighbours. Be careful & document everything.

Jennifer Christie is really helpful. No matter If you text her after hours, she will get back to you quickly with helpful response.We just moved into Stoney Creek and we appreciate her help in finding the best place for us.

Did not return phone calls or emails. Broken washing machine, ants in apartment, and snow plow blocked my parking spot - unable to resolve any of these issues. Stated they would get back to me, never did, and did not respond to any follow up calls or emails.

Tries to strongarm tenants into paying illegal above the guideline increase to rent.Edit. For further clarification since they replied. They will place notices on your door saying you have an outstanding balance, even though their application for Above Guideline Increase has not yet been approved by LTB.You don’t need to pay more than the Legal Guideline increase until their application for Above Guideline Increase is approved. Call LTB to find out the status of their application for your residence and know your rights, this company takes advantage of those ignorant to the laws.

Angela made the process of moving for the first time on my own super smooth. She answered all of my questions, always responded in a timely fashion, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process from my first inquiry to the move in process. She has created a loyal customer as I will be choosing her for any future move ins. I would strongly recommend this service to anyone and will be personally referring my friends to Angela! Beware of this property management. Formerly drake property management and have changed their names due to negative reviews. They do not care about you, they only want money. They are inhumane in the treatment of their tenants. I do not know how they have been able to get away with this kind of treatment, they have no conscience. RUN!! If I could rate them a zero, I would.They make promises they do not keep, and their agents tell you of the upcoming improvements within the next 1-2 months, for nothing to ever be done. They try to increase rates by more than double the legal amount and post notices on your door of overdue balances for all to see. Trying to humiliate and scare you into paying money that they know you do not owe.They do not listen and are outright rude to you if you are able to get ahold of them on the phone for an issue of any kind, to be told by management that it is not their problem.

Amazing company , helps with al your renting needs. Angela is very passionate about what she does, which makes renting a easy process.

Just moved into my new place and starting to make it feel like home. Everyone that leaves in the building is very friendly and very welcoming! Jennifer was very very helpful and helping me get my new apartment and walked me through everything from how to get insurance to this is who you contact about my questions. Super super helpful.

Just got my first ever apartment from Jennifer and it went so easy and well! Lankin Living and Jennifer gave me and my roommates a chance despite being new to all of this and I couldn't be more grateful!

It’s pretty sad that Drake Property Management was so poorly ran that they had to rebrand as Lankin Living!It’s still ran by the same staff and the properties are still being ran into the ground.They even deleted everything to do with Drake Property Management on Google so people don’t know the truth!The attached pictures are from the property at 977 Mohawk Rd E in Hamilton, Ontario.On top of how dirty the building is, it’s riddled in cockroaches! Google Claremont Apartments to see the real reviews!The Leasing Agents will tell you misleading information that renovations/upgrades to the common areas will be done in 1-2 months, but they never happen.There are no on-site staff and it’s rare someone is ever at the buildings to clean them.The money they want for rent in these old buildings that are simply cosmetically redone, but riddled in underlying issues and bugs is sickening!Stay away!
