Real Fruit Bubble Tea
We ordered their signature fresh mango diamond slush. It was very refreshing and fresh on a nice sunny day. I enjoyed this fresh juice shop at the outlet. It was convenient for us to grab a drink when we get tired from shopping. Although the shop was not big and it did not have any seats available, but it was still nice to grab a drink to go. The outlet itself had many benches & shades for us to take a rest and enjoy our drink.

Never again!! I have ordered the mango diamond bubble tea with their homemade tapioca , they gave me the classic tapioca without telling me they were sold out the homemade tapioca. And it doesn’t taste good …. This is my first time trying real fruit, never again…

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Worst place ever... workers using phones and we have to remind them for making order. I was standing in front of them and they use personal cell phone and I have to wait for 15 min until she started making order. Worst hygiene place I have seen..hardly see mango chunks and less in quantity...

i visited this location on saturday june 10th not only was i so pleased with the store and it’s environment, but the staff, i had a lovely experience with a staff member who was very welcoming and friendly. if i got her name right i think it was a sweet girl called ana. it was my first time at a real fruit and the girl behind the counter helped me pick out a smoothie. I received my drink very fast and it was an overall great experience, definitely going back when i’m in the area.

Got Speciality Milk Tea Coffee in house topiaca Bubble tea and Cocunut one . Firstly they took like ever to get our order and it was so sour and in house topiaca tasted bad . Store was packed with fruits on tables and no place to sit .

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
It was our first time trying real fruit juice in Canada. We went for Mango Diamond Slush and Honey Lemon Tea.The Mango Diamond Slush was really nice and a must try. From July 11 - July 15 there will be 30% on Mango Slush. Don’t miss this chance.I didn’t quite like Honey Lemon tea and that’s probably because I chose Green Tea as an add on. So FYI do not add Green tea as the flavour of honey and lemon gets diluted.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
We usually get this mango drink every time. But today it is really made full of ice and only syrup, I don’t feel good amount of mango flavour in itUpdate: As you mentioned there’s no syrup in the drink which is not at all true. I personally saw the total procedure of making my drink from over the counter. The young girl who’s making the drinks pumped lychee syrup multiple times into the blender before she started blending it. Anyway this mango drink use to be my favourite but after watching how it is made with lots of ice and syrup and minimal amount of fruit pieces I’m no longer interested in getting it anymore.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
The place was very neat and clean and the milk tea tasted really really good but something was wrong with the tapioca, it was so hard that I couldn’t chew it properly, it tasted weird and it kept on getting stuck in the straw which never ever happened to me before. I have trued bubba tea from so many places but this one was very disappointing
