Every time I pick up pre-ordered coffee, I get this one worker who makes snarky comments.I would like to… simply pick up my order without the sprinkle of your sarcasm or your demand on where to stand and when to speak and how to pick up a pre-order in your particular drive thru? (Reminds me of Kassem from the soup stand in Seinfeld episode 6 of season 7).Not sure why this particular worker thinks power tripping helps the store’s bottom line other than to boost her delusional self appointed relevance in the CUSTOMERS’ lives.Stop and evaluate what value you are adding with the unnecessary jab towards your customers and perhaps your customers may, at the very least, leave your location in the same mood they were in prior to giving you patronage.

Hate to get snooty in my passing years, but this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Very dirty, no tp in bathroom and 8 staff working, mostly talking loudly and talking among themselves. I don’t know what’s up here because I’ve never seen a Starbucks in this condition. And no, it wasn’t busy.

just wanted to write a review to applaud the customer service at this location. As well, I’m not sure of the baristas name, but my girlfriend and I were waiting for our drinks a very unpleasant couple came in and caused a scene over absolutely nothing. This barista dealt with them so well and so calmly. No one in customer service deserves that, and I want to apologize to you on behalf of those absolute idiots. Props to you and I hope your shift goes better from here on out.

Not my favourite starbucks location. Tiny and loud inside with boxes/construction happening when i’ve been here. Staff are not as friendly as the Chemong starbucks (but still nice enough). Seems short staffed and too small of a location! Busy drive thru and an awkward parking lot. Not bad if you want starbucks and are okay with waiting if it’s busy, but too busy to really sit in this location and study/read etc.

I always have a good experience here. But today in particular the item I ordered wasn’t in stock, but the staff member was very helpful and suggested a slight alteration I could make to make it similar and it was great! They had me taste it before I drove away to make sure that I was okay with the change they suggested. Thank you to this wonderful staff member! I didn’t get your name, but thanks for being exceptional!

I came in last Tuesday evening to get my iced latte two of your employees really stood out, first was David who I had a really nice chat with, and then the girl who made my drink Annica really lit up the room with her warm heartedness.

Today, i placed a mobile order at 1:24 pm and picked up my order at 1:52 pm. I waited for my coffee for 25 min. At the end of 20 minutes i had to remind my coffee to baristas, and eventually they were able to prepare it in 25 min. Everyone who ordered at cash registers picked up their coffees right away. Noone said sorry or figured out what happened to my order. I have been a loyal customer to this coffee chain more than 10 years. This will be my last visit to this location. Managed very poorly and not customer focused. Very disappointing.

This store has been closed for longer than a week. Why isn’t there a notice to inform customers? In addition the website still shows open. All these reflect the poor management and PR of Starbucks.
