Waste of time, do not book from this location. Reception people are good people but the shipping and receiving area plus their management is horrible. Try to avoid this location until they fixed up its performance. Supervisor focuses on the local people while others wait long times.My advice to the owner is to focus on what is happening with the employees.

The best place I have ever worked.I have worked at Klondike from 2016-2018 and returned April this year to the company. I have worked in numerous positions ranging from shipping/receiving to Account Services. I have always found my time here enjoyable. When I returned, I ran into a lot of familiar faces, long term employees. The supervisors and managers really respect work life balance and do not just go above and beyond for their clients, but also their employees. HR is incredibly approachable, and even the President has an open-door policy. There have been many opportunities for growth during my experience. The managers work with me and listen to my needs to help me excel in my positions. The work environment is fun, positive and upbeat. Having worked in all departments of the company I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else. Here to stay!

It is really wastage of time if you get load from here. They took 13 hours to load me and my way of calgary was 12 hours. Really frustrated from this slow service

4 hrs normal here, they don’t have proper parking ,can stop 2,3 trucks in between way ,If you see trucks in entrance take right to 58 crescent and make uturn from left side warehouses, walk for checkin .hard to park number 18, 19 . They have nice restroom for drivers thats y 2 stars.

Entrance is a bit tight, Park close to pavement for check In. Washrooms Available.Inside People are nice. Little bit hard to back in with sleeper.Approx. 2 to 3 hours, you could be done if you Picking up frozen.Overall Not Bad.

No parking so dont show up to early for your appt. They are friendly and was 2 hours start to finish to load.

Worst service I ever seen, took 4hr to empty the trailer.
