Dil is a great realtor! He’s extremely professional, well spoken and well mannered. He ensures that he is working for you and will find you exactly what you need. I have purchased a few personal homes now and have worked with a handful of agents. Dil has been by far my favourite. I am an investor and he helped me find 2 great properties, both of which were quite out of his way, but ended up being great deals for me. He always answers my calls, and even to this day, I continue to ask him questions and advice, he’s always there to help me. Dilyar was connected to us through our Mortgage advisor, who had nothing but amazing things to say, so we figured why not.My husband and I were first time home buyers, trying to find our first home in a market that was definitely working in favour of the seller; low supply, high demand and everything out of our budget. We spent almost three months traveling from Toronto to Lindsay (1.5hr drive) every Saturday to look at a line up of houses Dilyar had arranged for us each weekend. He was just as determined to help us find our dream home as we were. He was honest and open about what he thought of each home and what he thought they would sell for, which helped us in making our decisions when putting in our offers. After 3 failed offers, we were able to secure a home for our family on our fourth offer, and we could not have done it without Dilyar. Dilyar was great and I highly recommend him. He always responded quickly to any questions I had. If we were looking at a home, he was quick to point out if the area wasn’t the best or when we went into a home, if there looked to be issues with windows, electrical or foundation, he was quick to point those out as well. The man communicates tactfully with a healthy mix of humour and professionalism. He came to every showing on time, knowledgeable about the property. Dilyar was nothing but exceptional!We were working with another agent for 19 months and unfortunately were not able to secure a home for our family.
