Worst shipping company ever have had to deal with. Would not and will tell others to use them very disappointed in how they handle booking appointments for drops off. Was told are new greenhouse was coming Friday still not here. Was told it would be Monday still not here. Was told coming Tuesday between 8am and 4pm. Then got a call saying that it wouldn’t be happening still waiting told it’s coming tomorrow morning but we will have to see about that. I have had equipment siting here to unload since we where told it was coming Friday and paying for that equipment this hole time if no stars was an option I would give them ZERO. BEWARE!!!! This company gave us a quote for $565 for 3 skids and 3700lbs. We agreed and paid our bill. The day of delivery we called to confirm a ETA and was told our shipment would be held at the terminal until the following day because their driver had stated that we were not available and a note was on our door that we were not there(completely false). We went to the terminal to pick up our shipment since we did not want to wait until the following day. Upon arrival we were met with extreme hostility and aggression from the forklift drivers. We were told that there was a balance owed of $600 and if it was not paid that we would not be able to receive our shipment. We tried to explain there must have been a huge mistake since we had paid for 3700lbs and 3 skids and after weighing was actually only 3148lbs. They continued to tell us that if our bill was not paid that they would hold our shipment and that we could call the cops because they won’t do anything! (Seemed like this is a reoccurring event to them and they were clearly very well rehearsed)We sat in their warehouse for 3 hours, heated discussion after heated discussion they finally told us to leave and they would release our shipment. We weee clearly very confused and started to investigate our receipts from past shipments that went through Manitoulin, we found many times that on the day that the shipment was meant to arrive, we would get a phone call saying that there is still money that need to be paid for them to deliver the shipment. Our secretary would just pay the bill thinking the shipment was over weight or what not but in fact many times the weight would be greatly exaggerated and we would be charged anywhere from $75-$800 extra on the day of delivery. Out of 24 shipments, this occurred 14 times! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANIES BILLING PRACTICES! The only way to explain this activity is that they are SCAM ARTISTS and the worst kind of scam artist, they continue to get away with it!!!

Had something delivered for me and they did a perfect job, everything went the way they said it would and came when they said. Nice delivery guy also

Double trailer truck came out with our brand new fresh road paint and was threatening to ram our pick up if we don't move and ruined the brand new road on Wilton Grove Nice work , idiot

Pre-paid for a delivery and the driver said no one was at the location to receive. So if we wanted it we had to pre-paid to have it shipped a second time. Luckily I had a different driver who had no problem finding someone to receive the delivery in the EXACT same location as the first driver. When we questioned Manitloulin their response was redelivery charge stands"."

It's good place to transport your stuff. Reasonable too. I will surely recommend.
