My go-to place! Rarely gets too crowded. Super friendly staff. Great loyalty points program. Clean & comfy. Convenient place to work on laptop. Strong & steady wifi. Interesting gift shoppy stuff. Oh and the coffee’s nice too.

They brew really good coffee and have a very kind and friendly staff. Free water available upon request.Lovely environment to work, study, or just chill with a friend.The products however are rather pricey; especially wines, lunch options and home goods.

Friendly and patient staff, large assortment of sourdough pastries (discounted in the evening), and nice bold coffee. Large space with lots of seating and open later than many other local cafes.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the city!Excellent coffee, excellent vibes! They also have a great selection of miscellaneous grocery items such as chips, nut milk, sauces, etc. I recommend their sesame loaf and sour dough scone, a delight every time!

Dark Horse Espresso Bar
I went there a couple of times usually for coffee. Their bread is simply the best sourdough i found in toronto!!I really like the taste of their cappuccino which I usually choose, Misto was not that great, I guess it is water downed coffee. I tried chocolate croissant and hazelnut sourdough square. Pastries are not extraordinary like the bread but still delicious.

Nice spot chill vibes good drinks but some baked goods are very dry, watch out for those. Recommend otherwise

Nice little coffee shop in distillery district. It has a corner inside that sells wine, chips and other nice and unique pantry items. The staff are friendly and provides excellent customer service. The pastries and muffins are lovely.

The decor is very beautiful, the coffee and treat are delicious! The staff is very nice and it's nice that they have a nice selection of other goods such as ceramics, card and liquor! Over all the atmosphere is very chill and super friendly!

I live in the area and I have been going to this location ever since I've moved to the canary district which is been about 3 years. I get pretty good service but recently there's the same girl that has been serving and her attitude just really needs to change and I read some other comments and it sounds like she really hates her life.My friend and I grabbed a quick hot beverage about 30 minutes before close on Saturday night, we weren't greeted it was just a very quick transaction like she knew she was closing up and wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. We weren't trying to hang around because we knew it was closing at 7. We sat down just to drink our drinks.Exactly at 7 there was about six other people in the cafe and the same server goes and turns off the light and tells everybody to get out. We're closed.I'm just shocked at her customer service skills. Big attitude problem, turned up the music, yelled we're closed. This one just shook me to the core. Do better. There's a polite way to inform customers you are closed
