Beautiful clinic in a convenient location. I see both Amanda and Jeff here and they are fantastic practitioners.Jeff has helped me with injuries that nothing else would touch. I had been going to physio, massage and chiro for a shoulder injury. After one session with Jeff I recovered more mobility than I had in months of other treatments. His understanding of anatomy and how the body functions is very clear in his treatment. He has a gentle but very effective approach.Amanda is a natural caregiver and holds space for you in a kind, compassionate way. She checks in with you regularly to make sure that your treatment is as effective as possible. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and is passionate about helping them.The clinic itself is lovely and the sheets are the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a clinic. They have online booking and offer direct billing to insurance. Great place all around!

I have been to see Jeff a few times now for a treatment and he is super amazing. I was experiencing migraines that lasted for days and now I honestly cannot tell you when I last had one. It was at least 3 months ago, where as before they were at least once every 2 weeks.Jeff is super caring, professional and fantastic at what he does. I cannot thank him enough.

I just saw Jen for massage for the first time, and was blown away at how easy it was to talk to her and relax during my treatment. Before starting my appointment, she went over which areas needed addressing that day, and made sure to ask what kind of pressure I liked and to speak up if I needed anything changed. I'm quite looking forward to next week's appointment, and my other appointments in the future with her!I've seen Amanda at previous locations for acupuncture, and can say the same about her warm and welcoming personality. I can't tell you how many times I've walked into an acupuncture appointment in a bad mood and not wanting to talk about anything in much detail, and leaving with just brand new attitude - Amanda's giggle is infectious, and it is really hard not to smile around her. She is extremely knowledgeable and sensitive, and I am so glad that over the years I have tried a few different acupuncturists before finding the right one, and not settling!I really appreciate the online booking system at Align - it is so helpful for people like me who hate making phone calls. The office is easy to find, and is in a nice central location. Despite being off of a main road, I didn't hear any outside noise during my appointment.

I have been seeing Amanda and Team for over 2.5 years for acupuncture. Highly recommend for health, wellness and overall relaxation. Amanda is also skilled in working with pre and post natal patients.

Lexi is an excellent massage therapist. She seems to know what my body needs and treats that need. She has helped me get through my medical issues and is truly an empathetic person.
