Service at Lachine is pathetic. It’s amazing how a big company like CP Rail functions with utter disregard to service. At a Lachine intermodal terminal they repeatedly fail to deliver containers to external brokers from transport companies in a timely fashion. Have been waiting at location D8 for more than 2 hours and have to pick another container after at G4. Pathetic -90 they are not worth even a single start . A shame for all Canadians

Always wait in a que for gate in and out.cp only care for their own useless rule. How about the late appointment just only because of long wait and one person serves for all the drivers to gate in and out. If you can't hire enough people just shut down and don't waste others time.
