Friendly staff and always cool items in store

They have great as seen on tv products. But this location specifically is very rude customer service. They supposedly open at 11 when the entire mall opens at 10. They have a be back in 15 minutes on the door all the time. Why not write we open at 11?

The Staff here are ridiculously rude. No greeting, always on phones and when you go to ask a question? Forget it. You feel as if you're a Nuisance asking for help or even when you go to check out. Staff here seem like they don't wanna work here. If you can't be nice don't work in customer service.Store is also a absolute disaster and is constantly dirty.

Went in today to exchange a pair of slides as I purchased the wrong size. The employee told me he didn’t know how to do an exchange, then proceeded to try. He then said, the price has gone up since you bought them so it’s $11 to exchange them…I said pardon? I’m exchanging, not returning and repurchasing. He said - don’t yell at me. I never yelled at him, I was explaining that I think he made a mistake. Another employee came over and said I don’t know how to do it either but it’s $11 if you want to exchange them. I said to her, that doesn’t make sense, if you exchange a pair of jeans and the price changed do you pay more? No, that isn’t how an exchange works. I asked for the manager and I was told she wasn’t in but I could call her at home and they offered her number.They were extremely rude and unhelpful.At any time they could have called her for assistance. Why are they running the store alone if they don’t know what customer service means or how to do the job.

Went in to look around. My daughter was flustered as she has disabilities and doesn't quite understand what shopping is. Who am I kidding which child does, the employee told us about a fan they had that was handheld called a mountain breeze which is amazing product and we love. the employee offered a small squeezable animal to my daughter which I wanted to reach out and say publicly thank you so much for that you made my daughter's day. We really appreciate the offer and we hope that this employee is recognized for their efforts to help us small child who was having a hard time in the store. it really makes me happy to see people on Canada day treating fellow Canadians with love and respect. Kudos to showcase for hiring such honorable people. my daughter loves her little squeezable toy so once again thank you so much.

The sales person with short hair/shaved head (female) was extremely rude to my friend whom had purchased a product. The women had told her the product was great she uses it herself etc and my friend was very unhappy with the product after purchasing. She tried to return it and was told that she can’t because the item was final sale which the women did not state when purchased. The women was extremely unmannered and was not willing to even be reasonable. Just straight attitude and ignorance. Because of this I will not be buying from showcase again and I don’t believe my friend will be either.

The person with the split dyed hair is a great worker! 10/10

I went in on Wednesday and the worker Emily was so kind and explained all of my questions to me. She is so sweet, I love this store! It's very clean
