Our furnace stopped working Saturday at 5pm!!!! Called Mike and he helped us with some trouble shooting over the phone and ended up having to come over to help. Spent over 3 hours on a Saturday night trying to fix it. Had to special order parts for our dinosaur of a furnace. Came and fixed it first thing Monday morning, fixed another issue that we didn’t even know had happened and special ordered in a part for our gas fireplace.Great work, incredibly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Mike. He’s now our furnace guy! If you need help with anything heating and cooling call Mike, you’ll be incredibly happy you did!Thanks Mike!

Not sure what to make of this company. Made an appointment for a service call, in which Mike on phone said he would definitely be at my place on a Tuesday and simply did not show up on that day. He did not send any message or make a call to say so. Just did not show up. The opposite of a professional operation, one might conclude.

We had an emergency, furnace wasn't working on a cold November Sunday. I called Mike and he came right when he told in 30 minutes, fixed everything, sent us a video of the working furnace and even did a maintenance! We definitely recommend his service! Will use him again, if will run into a problem.
