This review for Dr Huo, the worse doctor you can found ! Doesn’t help with your concerns, impolite ,no patience. I would NOT recommand Dr. Jeanne Huo to anybody.

Jeanne Huo as a doctor is a joke. I was looking for a female famiky doctor, so the receptionist said you have to do a meet and greet with family doctor, which I was fine because I was not in any urgent matter to see a doctor.Came to my meet and greet and Jeanne Huo asked me if I drink and I said occasionally and how much do you drink when you do drink.... Told her when I do decide to drink I'll drink till whatever. This so called doctor said that's binge drinking. Now I'm confused so does she want me to drink every day and become an alcoholic???!It was her tone, it was so condescending .... Like I didn't come in to talk to her about my once in a blue moon fun drinking and for her to judge me.Anyways, never came back after that meet and greet.

This is from patient of Doctor Jeanne Huo.The front desk girl Cathy is polite / patient and friendly and she is good in English and willing to speak official language in Canada as well.The other girl was rude especially when communicated by English. She seems like to speak Mandarin only and don't have a sense of service in Canada at all.We are living in Canada instead of China, isn't it ? Language switch suppose to be happened only when there is a difficult to understand each other upon the request.

My family and I have been Dr. Ye’s patients for years. We are lucky to find a family doctor and also a good doctor. She is caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her office admins are also friendly and helpful too.

I'm a patient of Dr Jeanne Huo, I m suffering from depression and anxiety , I've seen psychiatrist ,psychologist and homeopath before to help me with my shortness of breath and frequent panic attacks but nothing worked. Dr Huo gave me the right treatment and helping get off the medication slowly, she's always available on short notice and very supportive, staff is cordial

I was with another family physician for many years, I was never told to check my Vitamin D level. Dr. Ye recommended and found that my level was below normal. I started taking supplement daily and good ever since. Thank you Dr. Ye.

This review is for Dr. Jeanne Huo:I can't give any credit to this person as a doctor, I had eczema for a long time and went to her for help, her diagnostics went for less than one minute and told me that this was not eczema but psoriasis. I was shocked by her answer, and although I am in no way a medical professional, but psoriasis is a genetic disease, and I questioned her why I never had it until now, she was trying to cover up with nonsense. I was lucky enough to get a referral from another walk-in clinic to see a specialist, who clearly stated it was eczema and later on prescribed me some medication to help. This was my first instance.Second instance was when I tried to have a medical check up done and requested a form to be printed from her office, she was asking me to give her $20 cash in person! I was shocked and asked her what that was for, and she didn't answer directly and just asked me to hand her a $20 bill, which she pocketed. What kind of ethics is this, she was trying to hide this income from CRA for sure. I called the collegiate to file a complaint, but I was refused because the collegiate told me there was nothing they can do, what a corrupted system!Here's my recommendation: stay away from this person, she's not qualified to be a doctor, both technically and ethically.

Dr Ye is great - even though she has many patients she will persoanlly take the time out to check in and follow up with existing patients. Super caring, best family doctor I’ve had.

I actually personally have had a pretty good experience with Dr. Huo. I’ve had her for almost 2 years and she is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and to the point. I always come prepared with questions, and I have never felt that she has rushed me out even when I had a lot of questions. When I had an examination, she was really careful and gave me a heads up with whatever she was going to do next which made me feel more at ease. I can see how she can come off as “cold”, but I think that’s just her being direct and concise. The only downside is that her work hours are quite limited so it’s hard to book her immediately if it’s something urgent. Overall, I really like her and is very competent as a family doctor!

Very bad experience and avoid this place if you can. The only reason I give this place one star is because they don’t have zero star in Google review system which they should.The elder receptionist with a Taiwan accent at the front desk does not help at all and extremely rude. She somehow assumes patients know everything and she will give you the “why you are so stupid ” look when you ask her any questions. I had an car accident before and needed a note from my family doctor for the claims and these blood suckers charged me extra $20 just for a note. A minute ago I visited again for filling in the OCF5 form for my insurance. The rude receptionist said ”I don’t understand you people, why you have to see the doctor about this, you should have asked me over the phone and I could tell you what to write” and the funny thing was, when I walked into the office and showed my forms to her, she said “oh, I have never seen these forms before, have no idea what to do with it ”oh I am sorry for being careful and how come you suddenly learned about my claim form in 60 seconds? Many people say family doctor are not very helpful, and these guys just jumped from not helpful to total unpleasant and unprofessional. guess what? You guys are fired!Btw, Dr Huo was the worst Doctor I’ve ever met in my life, and I through walk-in clinics were bad. No patience, no empathy and very lack of knowledge. You came in with a couple of questions about your health and guess what, she will only answer TWO of your questions. If you want to ask other questions you have to make another appointment. Rushing patients our of the clinic, limiting the questions they can ask in order to see as much ppl as possible, this is the way she was doing trying to make money. Guess Dr Huo didn’t mean it when she took the Hippocratic Oath. Shame on you.
