Ottawa Orthopedic Centre is a one-stop shop for massage and physiotherapy, their new facility features a bright and clean interior with friendly admin staff and great physiotherapists. Working with Vatsal has been very enjoyable, his professional manner makes you feel at ease and the exercises and therapy he provides helped get me back to my pre-injury self. Thanks for the help!

I had surgery and started going to the Ottawa Orthopaedic Center for physical therapy. The facility is bright and spacious, and everyone who works there is very friendly. My physiotherapist, Vatsal, has been amazing and I attribute my full recovery to his care. The atmosphere at the center is very welcoming and makes the experience enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Ottawa Orthopaedic Center.

stopped by to talk inquire about a knee brace with a prescription, took me in right away, gave me tons of options, let me try them on. showed me some taping. I didn't catch the name of the person who was helping me but she was very kind. The space overall is very clean, very bright. The front staff were also very nice and welcoming

Vivian Germain is a fantastic therapist she is amazing at her job she explains everything that she is doing for you and is very gentle when doing your exercises she is very patient and kind I am so happy to have her she makes a bad experience not as bad as it is and any one else that is lucky to have her will feel that same way thank you so much for all you do for me you are amazing

Erin is an excellent RMT and has helped with my hip issues, as well as some post surgery tension. Front staff are great at assisting for appointment bookings. Also a great location close to services with tons of parking.

If I could give Paul 10 stars I would. After being told by others after hip surgery I just had a setback, Paul immediately identified my issues and within 3 weeks after his help, I walked without a walker or cane. His vast experience, knowledge, patience and willingness to explain issues is what makes him stand out. Thanks again Paul.

The Ottawa Orthopaedic Centre has a fabulous, friendly staff and they provide the best care. Paul has been my physiotherapist for awhile now and he is very knowledgeable and professional. My husband, daughter and I have all seen him for a variety of injuries and we can always trust that he will provide the best treatment that results in a full recovery. I would highly recommend the Ottawa Orthopaedic Centre!

The OOC is a great centre. At 55, I attended physio after having a Full Knee Replacement with Dr. Peter Bienkowski. What a great surgeon! My physio was with Vivian Germain. I am so fortunate that she is who she is. Just an amazing woman. Amazing physio. She was incredibly supportive and encouraging during a very tough and emotional rehab. The exercises progressed, with a push, but never enough to set me back. Vivian was detailed, understanding, intelligent and informative. I highly recommend both Dr. Bienkowski and Vivian Germain. They are top notch at their professions and I will forever be grateful that they helped me lead an active life again.

I am receiving excellent physio from Vastal. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. With his effective physio treatment, my back/hip pain is reduced to 1-2/10 from 8/10 and my functional ability is much improved.All staff is friendly. Thanks so much.
