I got a cut from one of the owners (Juan), it was rushed and poorly done. I've been there many times and this was the first time I ever complained. I thought he would be willing to hear out a long time customer who supported the business since its opening. So, I asked for a refund to try and alleviate the situation.His response to the request... buddy I'm not". I let him know that it was the best way to fix the issue and he responded "buddy your upset over a cut" and called me "big gal". Direct quotes by the way

Probably the worst haircut i’ve received, They just didn’t listen to what i asked, Then tried to justify it. Wont be going back.

Just went here after seeing some good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I've been trying to find a good barber shop that does an amazing job and doesn't charge $80. I got the best cut I've ever had here in London. Awesome job. I'll definitely become a regular!
