Par ou commencer...nous ne savions meme pas que nous consommaient trop..levaluateur a regardé toutes nos facture d'huile, et d'électricité de la derniere année pour conclure quil fallait sortir lhuile et ajouter une thermopompe. ce que nous avons fait. thermopompe de marque MAXIAIR tres silencieuse on pensait quelle etait defectueuse parce que on lentendait meme pas! le technicien est quand meme venu sur place pour verifier. tres bon service, et nous sentons deja une meilleure qualite d'air dans la maison. Merci a toute l'equipe, vraiment, rien de mauvais a dire, que du positif. Lachez pas!

Very fast service! The installation was to take place sometime next week but they had an opening the next day and offered to take it and we are so glad we did! Thank you very very much all this headache of changing the system was done quickly so happy it’s over with thank you again

We are very satisfied with the excellent service and installation of our new central unit. They passed the conducts through the attic, redid the insulation and now we have air flowing through the whole house. A1 service and pricing was very reasonable!

Voici un avis honnête:Nous avons eu la visite d’un représentant de Groupe Chauffez Vert suite à une évaluation de notre dossier. Il était poli, courtois. Il nous a bien expliqué les pours et les contres, les avantages et les désavantages. Ça se voyait qu’il connaissait sa matière. Quand le directeur des installations nous a trouvé une place pour faire les travaux déjà la semaine prochaine, nous étions bien contents. Tout était très rapide, stressant mais lorsque les techniciens se sont présentés, nous étions soulagés. Le maitre du sentier a pris le temps de faire le tour avec nous, et nous montrer les étapes de la journée. L’électricien est arrivé à 10AM. Les hommes pour sortir les équipements du mazout vers 11AM. Les techniciens pour la thermopompe ont fini le travail vers 5PM tout était en place, et le système roulait à merveille. Même s’il était passé 5PM, le technicien nous a expliqué le fonctionnement du nouveau thermostat. Nous sommes heureux de notre achat, et de notre décision. Mille fois merci.

We only had a bit of oil left in the tank. They came fast enough so we dont have to fill up again (so expensive now). We went with Napoleon for the model, and we are very happy so far, well done, well prepared, good organization.

My furnace stopped working, I called Sylvain at 6:00PM at night. We ran tests on the phone and managed to fix it in less than 15 minutes. The technician still came by the next day to make sure everything was working well. I strongly recommend. Thank you so much.
